Laura Riley- Tempest Actor since 2005, Laura has preformed with Tempest in La Scafetta The Emperor’s New Cloths, James and The Giant Peach, the Bremen Town Musicians, Something Whistling in The Night, Wonderland Journey, Story Book Theatre. She's also a Teaching Artist & Board Member.
A Virginia Girl, she made her way to NYC (& Hoboken) by way of Kentucky, where she was an apprentice at the Actors Theatre of Louisville. Her theatrical resume mainly consists of classics, original productions, and interactive improv. Some of her favorite roles have been Beth in Fast and Loose (Humana Festival), Puck in Shakespeare in Hollywood, Olivia in Twelfth Night and Laura in Winterland. She studied Shakespeare at RADA and was a founding member of [By The Mummers] where she helped to create several productions. Laura is a huge Jane Austen fan and co wrote a web series called The Jane Games where Jane Austen hosts 6 of her beloved heroines on a 21 century reality show. Mary Rohrer-Dann is resident writer for Tempest Productions, Inc. and a Senior Lecturer of English at The Pennsylvania University.
